Oh boy, shooting Seth and Tawny’s stunning adventurous elopement/vow renewal was such an adventure! The venue? Was no other than the stunning Quiraing in the Scotland Highlands. If you’ve never been, let me tell you – it’s the kind of place that makes you believe in magic and that leaves you in awe of nature’s beauty!! And not only that but it provided the perfect backdrop for this couple’s day full of love and commitment.

Beautiful Romantic Elopement Day

We started the day bright and early, with a 4 am wake-up call. It was a little tough, I won’t lie, especially with the jet lag still lingering. But the promise of capturing Seth and Tawny’s special moments kept us all going! As we pulled into the parking lot, grey clouds loomed overhead. It looked like rain, and for a brief moment, I could feel the twinge of anxiety. But before we knew it the rain clouds were moving out and we got a little bit of a sunrise.

Now, we might have dodged the rain, but the wind? That was another story. The wind made it chilly but Seth and Tawny? They were total champs and powered through it all! And Tawny’s dress? The wind allowed it to flow free, adding a whimsical touch to the entire session. It was cold, yes, but it was all worth it because every picture turned out amazing!! As Seth and Tawny exchanged their vows, the love between them was noticeable. Their smiles were genuine, their eyes sparkled with joy, and their vows? You could see how madly in love they are. It was a privilege to capture those intimate moments!!
