These two cuties had such sweet mountain engagement photos in the fields of Washington! Can I just say how much I LOVE golden hour?! Sarah and Hunter had reached out to me to capture their engagement session since they aren’t getting married until 2024. They told me that they wanted a field with mountains, and this stunning location delivered just that! These two were absolute champs during their session. They were down for any poses and prompts, even though it was a hot 90 degree summer day at 7 pm! I love when couples are open to suggestions during their sessions, because it makes it even more fun!

Sarah & Hunter’s Golden Hour Summer Mountain Engagement Photos

By the end of this session, we all were dripping in sweat! Hunter’s family actually lives just down the road from where the field was, so we had access to the river on their property! We decided to finish up their engagement session there so we could all cool off on this hot summer day! The river was the perfect way to end this playful engagement session and wash off the summer heat a bit. I loved how sweet and playful Hunter and Sarah were together. Capturing love stories like this is why I do what I do, and seeing the end results come to life through photos truly brings me so much happiness, especially when I get to deliver my clients their galleries!

I also love when clients bring some props to use like champagne! It seriously makes for some awesome engagement photos! And there are many other things you can bring as well for props like your pups with custom bandanas, a “we’re engaged sign”, or even something like a custom wooden engagement ring box! The options are endless!
