Ashley and Levi had the most fun, romantic, and dreamy river summer engagement photos in Arlington, Washington! These two booked their wedding with me and a few months before the wedding day they decided they wanted to add on an engagement session. I’m SO glad that they did because this golden hour session turned out so beautiful!

I love when couples decide to add on an engagement session onto their wedding package. Not only does it allow you to document you and your partner together during this time in your relationship, but it also breaks the ice between you and I as your photographer! It allows us to know how well we will work together and get to know each other as well! And if you’re a couple who doesn’t get to take many professional photos, it will also help you get comfortable in front of the camera before the big day.

The entire session Levi and Ashley kept eyeballing the water. I could just tell that they wanted to get in and have fun. I told them to just act as if I wasn’t there! They popped some champagne together and then they jumped right on in! This allowed for the most romantic and candid images of the two, and it was perfect as the sun set against the river!
